ANALYTICS CONSULTANT – E-COMMERCE BEHAVIOR & CUSTOMER INSIGHTS (AMAZON PROJECT)

I collaborated on an end-to-end analytics project analyzing Amazon shopper behavior using a Kaggle dataset of 600+ consumers, focusing on the drivers of shopping satisfaction and cart abandonment. Applying Python-based data cleaning, regression modeling, correlation analysis, and segmentation, we evaluated how behavioral and perceptual factors, such as search methods, review trust, personalization, and browsing frequency, influence customer experience and purchase outcomes. The project uncovered key insights around decision fatigue, the role of trust and personalization in driving satisfaction, and behavioral patterns tied to cart completion, delivering data-backed recommendations to enhance e-commerce personalization, optimize user experience, and improve retention strategies.
