RESEARCH ASSISTANTSHIP & MSBA AMBASSADOR — University of San Diego
San Diego, CA | February 2026

As a Graduate Assistant at the University of San Diego, I support Professor Simon Croom in supply chain and operations-focused coursework and research, contributing to data analysis, research synthesis, and academic project support related to supply chain strategy, operations management, and organizational decision-making. In parallel, I serve as an MSBA Ambassador, representing the program while collaborating with USD’s data science team on survey-based analysis and reporting initiatives, including developing automated workflows using Google Apps Script to build custom scripts for targeted email automation. I translate complex operational and analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights that support instruction, research development, and student engagement within USD’s graduate programs.
